Discover the beautiful areas within Ku-ring-gai Chase including Cowan Creek and Bobbin Head. Starting from Berowra we wind our way down to the water and follow the track around to Apple tree bay. Plenty of time to stop, savour the peace and quiet. Our walk takes us up and over to Bobbin Head where we shall have a refreshment stop at the cafe before the track winds past Cowan Creek back up the hill to our pick up at the Sphinx Memorial, North Turramurra. This walk is 13.5km in total and classed as moderate, the track is not too technical, there are some hills but absolutely manageable for someone with a basic level of fitness but you will definitely feel like you’ve had a good day out by the end.
