Want to get into trail running? Bored of the gym at the weekends? Want to have a morning escape for yourself? Then come and run with Where The Wild Things Run, our group for women that are beginners to the world of trail running!

We host a monthly session in some great national parks around Sydney on a Sunday morning.

Each Sunday session includes the following:

30min mini-workshop at the beginning of each session focused on a specific topic related to trail running for women, it could be running nutrition, trail running kit for women, how to get stronger legs for those hills, each week we will pass on practical advice based on experience gained from years of trail running.
One trail-running ‘goodie’ for each participant so you can start building your trail running kit
An awesome guided trail-run, distance will be between 5-9km, and at a comfortable pace for everyone, we run as a group 
Lead by a qualified Athletics Australia Level 2 run coach
Meet some other cool women who want to get off the asphalt and run somewhere more exciting
First coffee or tea post run is included and a chance to have a Q&A about all things trail-running for women over breakfast
Share this micro-adventure with some other cool women, it’s a great way to spend a Sunday morning
