The Adventure Project – Women’s trail running for beginners #runwild

Want to get into trail running? Bored of the gym at the weekends? Want to have a morning escape for yourself? Then come and run with The Adventure Project, our group specifically for women that are new to the world of trail running!

We host 2 sessions a month in some great national parks around Sydney. One is for complete newbies and so we run easier trails and shorter distances. One is for our regular trail running legends so these runs will be slightly longer in distance and some more challenge terrain! Everyone is welcome to the newbies run, the pace is very easy and we shall walk the uphills and technical sections.

We also host the best trail running weekends away in Sydney and around Australia and also overseas trail running holidays.

Inclusions

Each trail run session includes the following:

20-30min mini-workshop at the beginning of each session focused on a specific topic related to trail running for women, it could be running nutrition, trail running kit for women, how to get stronger legs for those hills,  we will pass on practical advice based on experience gained from years of trail running
An awesome guided trail-run, and at a comfortable pace for everyone, we run as a group 
Lead by a qualified Athletics Australia Level 2 run coach
Explore some new National Parks and regions, get off the beaten track and enjoy some fantastic new environments
Share these adventures with some other cool women, we are a great community and everyone is welcome
